How You Will Achieve It

  • Manage own time, professional development and accountable for own results.
  • Prioritize own workflow and assist in prioritizing the workflow of less-experienced colleagues.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance.
  • Perform, document, and record check qualitative or quantitative data on samples using techniques that vary from visual and physical dimensional analysis to automated inspection instrumentation.
  • Perform testing for primary, secondary, and tertiary samples, material evaluation samples, and other inspections in accordance with approved procedures and test methods, and record the test results in timely manner.
  • Investigate, analyze, problem solve, and communicate technical information to internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented, team laboratory environment to analyze final drug products in the Drug Product Laboratory.
  • Train and support less experienced analysts, working as a Certified Fellow Employee and mentor to aid in their development as analysts.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years' experience or Associate's Degree with 3+ years experience.
  • Basic math skills and computer skills, such as data entry, along with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task across projects and activities
  • Must be self-motivated and work with minimal direction.
  • Ability to read, communicate understanding and follow written procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new skills/techniques.
  • High productivity and the ability to multi-task coupled with a low error rate.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience with gLIMS, SAP, SAP PS, and global vision.
  • Prior experience with vendor interactions.


PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Laboratory and office work requiring walking, standing, and sitting throughout a shift. Lifting of items less than 25 kg.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

This is a Monday through Friday first shift position. Occasional weekday or weekend overtime may be required.
