ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Manufacturing (DM) Team’s mission is to simplify processes and experiences to drive Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) outcomes. DM is responsible for the digital transformation of all processes across shop floor, quality control, quality assurance, engineering, environment, health, and safety operations. Our programs are led by user experience and design thinking to understand the journeys that our PGS customers are working through daily. DM leads a focus on innovative technology implementation across PGS sites including a digital lean production system, sensors, Industrial Internet of Things, wearables, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality solutions. DM drives efficiencies in end-to-end operations by embedding predictive and prescriptive insights from artificial intelligence into our manufacturing, quality and cross-functional applications. Experience Design & Business Adoption is a multidisciplinary team that supports Digital PGS solutions by using collaborative methods with a human-centered focus to ensure the best solutions are in the hands of our PGS colleagues.
We are seeking a Change Management specialist with a background in technology focused organizational change and communications to support the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies to drive awareness for key programs and initiatives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager, Change Management colleague’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support change management scoping & requirements discussions with key business stakeholders to understand objectives, desired outcomes, and audience implications
Assist in the planning and coordination of change readiness activities such as impact analysis and adoption measures
Oversee Digital for PGS team website, serving as primary resource for organization messaging, reference material, and internal portal
Facilitate delivery of unified program narratives establishing overall communication strategy, standards and templates
Design and develop content in support of program messaging, including newsletters, videos, training materials, and graphics
Draft communications, bulletins, status slides, overview decks, and executive summaries
Create internal marketing and promotional materials, focusing on storytelling and collaboration across departments
Understand change vehicles and communication channels
Utilize metrics to inform communications strategies and continuously improve experience
Provide project management support to core training and communications projects as needed
Manage to project workplans and deadlines, including coordination of vendor activities
Lead the implementation of planned change activities and provide leadership updates as needed
Collaborate with site teams to facilitate process and system awareness and learning
Ensure consistency in execution and quality of deliverables
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree with at five years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree with three years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in the areas of change management, program management, or communications
Strong understanding of change management practices and deliverables
Extensive experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Project to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data, and execute change activities
Demonstrated ability to communicate and educate stakeholders
Experience in marketing and promoting cohesive messaging across programs
Ability to prioritize workload due to changing business needs
Enthusiasm, patience, and a solutions-oriented attitude toward any risks and challenges
Organized, able to act independently, and able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Adobe Suite, Google Suite, SharePoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with business operations, marketing, human experience, and/or system support
Experience managing online/website content
Familiarity with Storyline and Camtasia for eLearning development
Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing Industry experience
Familiarity with agile system development
