Job Summary/Basic Function: | This role will serve as the liaison between the business units and the IT organization to provide business process solutions to meet departmental and institutional needs. The Business Analyst writes clear and well-structured business requirements/documents related to existing applications and recommends migration path to existing, central resources, away from legacy or one-off system instances. The role creates reports, dashboards, visualizations to understand business performance. Assist with project management for selected projects. |
