AcademicWomen is a platform for women in, or ambitious to be in academia. We are a network of women who want to inspire one another and ensure empowerment of women in academia. We have a passion for helping women to find their suitable positions in academia, and to reach their full potential and make their dreams real. Our network provides resources for all women in academia to learn, share, and grow professionally. AcademicWomen wants to promote women to further their knowledge and skills to succeed in academia and beyond.

Our services are three-fold:

Academic Recruitment: We provide job advertising service to all higher education institutions to advertise their open positions. We made the process simple whether it is for a single job posting and unlimited job postings. Our goal is to help employers to find highly qualified professional women and to diversity their academic workforce. We welcome all higher education institutions to use AcademicWomen platform to find and hire women, and support diversity and inclusion in academia.

Professional Networking: We offer a platform for academic women to encourage and inspire each other by connecting with academic women's community. We provide a safe platform where women in academia can carry supportive discussion sessions to share their experiences, challenges, and opportunities in academia.

Articles: We encourage every woman in academia to write to us and share their experiences and insights in issues such as gender equality, leadership, work-life balance, diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment in the workplace, and many more. We believe that the real-life stories of different women will inspire and support other women.
